When we arrived we were turned over to Sager and couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone was so friendly in a non-pushy or fake way. We felt completely comfortable making the decision to go forward with the purchase--whereas you typically feel uneasy that you are making the right decision. This was by far and away the best car buying experience we have ever had and will seriously consider making the two-plus hour drive again when we're in need of a new vehicle. More

He answered my initial questions and then put us in the capable hands of Sampson. Sampson was very accommodating, personable, and knowledgeable. We were able to purchase the vehicle that we wanted. Very happy with Honda of Lisle. I recently had a very positive experience, purchasing our first vehicle at Honda of Lisle. It began with a simple inquiry I made online to their website about the Honda Civic. I then received a very timely and inviting response from Ann Kinder, outlining several inventory options available to us, and listing their discounted pricing. My work schedule made it difficult to communicate by phone or in person, but it was not a problem for their team. I continued to communicate for several hours with Ann and Shawn Kiannejad via email about the Civic I was interested in. At all times, the communications were timely and professional, as they answered my questions promptly and directly. I even came to agreement with Shawn on a fair price for a vehicle I had not even seen. Once onsite, Shawn turned us over to Jack Schultz for the test drive and to complete the transaction. Jack was very professional, engaging and supportive in helping us make a final purchase decision. He took his time walking us through all of the vehicle information, warranties and dealership services. Jack was a nice finish to an all-around pleasant and hassle free experience. More

I wanted a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe, black on black, V6, no navigation. He came under the price of the other dealer. We went to get the car, and he made the experience so much better than I ever could have imagined. He is a great sales person and I would recommend him to everyone. He was also amazing when I lost a fight with the side of our garage (yes, with the new car). I called him crying (yeah...I know) and he calmed me down, told me to bring the poor abused car in and he would take care of everything. And he did. I had a loaner car, and my car was wisked away to the body shop (still totally embarrassed)within 30min. of our arrival to the dealership. (the body shop is wonderful too) More

I finally decided that I wanted the Honda Accord Coupe and had my heart set on the Belize Blue Pearl, I thought I had bought one at another dealership 3 days ago, but when I called to find out if it was g and had my heart set on the Belize Blue Pearl, I thought I had bought one at another dealership 3 days ago, but when I called to find out if it was going to be in when promised, I found out my car had been sold and was just not marked in the computer. It happens, but they were having a difficult time finding me one, they did have a red one for me, but I wanted my Blue with a moonroof. After a four state search, they told me they could not find one for me. A friend of mine had just purchased a Honda CRV from Shawn at Honda of Lisle a couple of weeks earlier, so she recommended I call him. When I called Shawn at Honda of Lisle, he did not have the Honda Accord EX, but he did have the EXL with the leather. I told him it was not within my budget, but Shawn would not give up. At the time, I was driving home from Cincinnati - Shawn and I went back and forth on the cell phone trying to come close to the original deal, but this car was loaded, it is nice! Long story short, I bought the car from Honda of Lisle, Shawn did everything he promised to get me in the car I really wanted but did not think I could afford. The other dealership did find my original car, but a little too late, Honda of Lisle made me an offer I could not refuse. I always had a negative opinion of car dealerships, but this is one dealership and one Car Company that truly looks after the buyer as well as themselves when selling a car. Hopefully, I will not have to make good friends with the Service Department, but I know they have an excellent reputation as well. More
