The last two times my vehicle was in for repair, I was extremely overcharged (about double the price I was told each time), I was refunded once and then I caught the overcharge the second time right befor extremely overcharged (about double the price I was told each time), I was refunded once and then I caught the overcharge the second time right before I paid and it was corrected but it’s unsettling knowing this has happened twice in a row. There’s rarely ever a loaner vehicle available which is extremely inconvenient considering I have three kids and a full time job so on top of paying to service my vehicle, I have to come out of pocket for a rental when Chevy has my vehicle for more than a day. I am a three-peat car buyer from Stasek. See other review. I was not aware they had a body shop, too. I chose for convenience, previous experience and was a good choice. I never dealt with insurance claims and between my insurance and Stasek, it wrnt without incident. Fortunately all my parts were local so did not gave to deal with lengthy wait times. Had an issue with some agreed upon scope of cosmetic work being overlooked on initial bodyshop claim for my 2015 Chevy SS. Stasek worked quickly to resolve.
