We just received our brand new 2021 Ford Explorer because our last lease was up.. we got the deal we wanted but we couldn’t take our car home the same day because we had to wait for a decision from the bank our last lease was up.. we got the deal we wanted but we couldn’t take our car home the same day because we had to wait for a decision from the bank about our deal. Also when we took our car home we noticed that the left mirror on the driver side was cracked I had to go back and let them know of the problem and now we have to wait for a part to come in and we have to wait at least two weeks.. I think if there was a walk-through of the car then we would’ve realized right away that there was a problem and we could’ve gotten another vehicle. Also the vehicle is supposed to be registered to both my husband and I and when we receive the material it’s only in his name.. More
