James Michaels went above and beyond our expectations! He made us feel like people and took his time with my husband and me. We also brought along our 2 small girls and he was great with them too. He answered any and all questions, no matter how silly we thought ours were. This by far was the best experience I had at Dana Ford and I have been buying/leasing for years....thanks James!! Shawn Ortiz also went above and beyond our expectations. He came to us with numbers and before we could discuss our finances, he came back up to us with an even better deal and because of him, we have extra money for the holidays for our girls! Great sense of humor and especially appreciate how he also treated us like people and not just a number..Thank you Shawn Ortiz!! More

Car service was good But Shawn Ortiz has not returned any of my calls regarding a replacement car key. I have called several times and Hazem and Danelle also said he would call me in a few days with an answ of my calls regarding a replacement car key. I have called several times and Hazem and Danelle also said he would call me in a few days with an answer but as of today I have not received a call from anyone. Mr Ortiz offered a key replacement when we purchased the car last November. I would like an answer from someone It’s very dissatisfying to be ignored More
