My experience has been good.. I recommend the service dept. I have been well taken care of every time I have had work done on my car. The have been courteous and efficient. Excellent customer service I bought a Pathfinder from bournes in 2012 and paid cash thinking I would have no worries and no car debt for several years. However, the car had all I bought a Pathfinder from bournes in 2012 and paid cash thinking I would have no worries and no car debt for several years. However, the car had all sorts of engine problems; I was getting really frustrated for that car was a money pit. I thought I would never go back again for another car; however due to the care, concerns and great customer service that I received from Paul Sandler, I was convinced to give Bournes another chance. Paul and Michael Clark in service convinced me to trust and buy from bournes again. I discovered from several online forums that there were many issues with Nissan itself. The gentlemen at Bournes were very patient and compationate and showed that they related and were equally frustrated as I was. After several attempts to get the car fixed I gave up and traded the car for a Toyota Camery instead. Shawn Saunders and Seng Pell were very professional and helped me with my new purchase. I am so pleased with my new car that I will definetely recommend Bournes to anyone looking for a great dealer with no haggle pricing. More

Bournes was recommend to me by two members of my family who had purchased cars from Mario Lee, who was a great decision to go with. I financed my car and received a great interest rate with the help from Carlos Machado and also received top dollar for my trade in. I will most definitely recommend Bournes Auto to my family and friends and will be coming back for my next car purchase in the future! I'm so in love with my new car and couldn't be more happy! Great to work with It was our first time purchasing from Bourne's Auto Center. We worked with Tanya in sales and the everything went great. We purchased a 2015 Ford Fusi It was our first time purchasing from Bourne's Auto Center. We worked with Tanya in sales and the everything went great. We purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion with about 13,0000 miles. We financed the car and traded in an old car so there were a few parts to this deal. We were very happy with the financing rate, the trade in value and the price on the new vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles from many different dealerships and I can honestly say we never felt any pressure and we were not forced to wait around for hours like many dealership do to you. Great experience and I would highly recommend Bourne's Auto Center. More

Badly. I originally purchased a standard Scion tC, claiming I could drive it. I took it home and immediately hated all the responsibility that came with owning a standard. I was miserable. I came back and my salesperson Alyssa was able to help me switch to a car (automatic) that I actually love. I am amazed at the patience they had while they worked with me and how dedicated they were to making me content with my final, actual purchase, a car which I am positive I will own for more than one week. Thank you for all you did! I genuinely love my car now. The employees here are the kindest I've ever experienced in car sales. More

Far away from this dealer. I buy Lexus ct from this dealer. I spent money for this car $20,990.First day I drive back home. This car had a noise from front wheels.They said from tire.It not cover. I should pay it. They should be do this car completly before they sale but they do nothing and I waiting for registration 4 day until I pick up it by my self .they do not contact me after they sale. I spent a lot of money for not complete car and I got the ticket from Boston coz I don't have inspection sticker and can't work because they need registration. thanks you for I loose the money . More
