I did a deep search for this specific car and when it showed up on Bourne's website I was thrilled. I met Jose Garcia in the parking lot when I swung by to take a look at the car. Jose was completely professional in his approach. He, Shawn and Matt in finance made finalizing the transaction very simple and fairly quick. The "no haggle" pricing is hard to get used to compared to other experiences I have had.....in a good way. I am very happy with my new-to-me car and with the deal Jose and struck. When looking for high quality pre-owned vehicles....start and end with Bourne's and Jose Garcia. More

I went to one other dealership and the whole experience was typical sales and very uncomfortable, which you won't find at Bournes. They are very upfront and honest and there's absolutely no pressure. I highly recommend Scott and Shawn and would definitely buy from here (and them!) again. I do have ONE minor complaint. When I have the heater on it's really loud and annoying. It's been like that since I've had the car. It's like a shrieky, whistley sound. I called Bournes and had it looked at yesterday and OF COURSE it wasn't making the sound so I looked like a total dope. The ONE day it decides it's going to cooperate. They were very nice and still looked at the blower motor and changed the filter and said there was nothing wrong and everything else looked good. Ok cool. I didn't care as long as it wasn't making it that sound I was fine. So the whole day it was perfect and didn't make the sound at all which was great but today it's back and just as loud as it was before. If the sound was there when they looked at it and just said oh that's just how it is, I would have been like ok and gotten over it, but since it wasn't making the noise yesterday, and is making it again today, to me that means that something isn't right. The heat works perfectly and I've tried all the different settings and temperatures to see if that would make a difference but nope. I'll turn it on to heat up my car but not for long because the noise is wicked annoying. Still highly recommend, though! I should have tried the heater during my test drive. I guess the excitement of getting a new car just took over. More

Repeat customer for a reason! Two years ago we purchased a car from here, and were quite impressed with the ability to drive as many cars as we wanted without a salesman breathing Two years ago we purchased a car from here, and were quite impressed with the ability to drive as many cars as we wanted without a salesman breathing down our necks and pressuring us to buy a car at that exact moment. Well two years later we found ourselves outgrowing the original car we purchased and needing an SUV to replace it. Without hesitation we checked out the website and went back to Bourne's with a list of vehicles to drive. We originally thought it would be the Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander, but ended up being the Lexus RX350. Our salesman was John Benner and he immediately had the cars we wanted to drive available. If there was something not available on the lot it was delivered from their other lot with very little or no waiting. After an afternoon of just driving all the cars on the list, we made an offer and traded in the car we had originally purchased from Bourne's two years ago. The process was painless and the RX350 needed some extras like the floor mats, cargo net, etc. located that were in the pictures. I expected to get some resistance, but this never happened. They even removed some stains in the headliner and buffed some minor areas on the passenger door. John was always quick to answer questions via email and the turnaround with our insurance agent was terrific! The car was to be registered in Rhode Island, and believe me, this is not an easy process for most folks in state late alone out of state! When I came back a few days later, Shawn Saunders , their Finance Manager , made the financing options easy, explained the warranties (which I declined, and he gladly never applied pressure or brought up the topic again. I was done and out of his office in about 45 minutes! The amazing part was the car being delivered by their runner Jim Marsden with a full tank of gas and taking away her old car after swapping the plates in the middle of the workday! (I was expecting to need to come back to the dealership after work and have missing items like extra FOBS or mats missing or the checklist I mentioned to them about the car not done. THIS never happened!) Not a lot of used car dealers are this flexible, nor are there any I know of that advertise the best price on a vehicle that actually live up to it! We will make Bourne's a destination for our third vehicle for sure! Dont buy a new car when you can save thousands buying used with a no haggle price! Thank you BOURNE's! More

Well worth the wait I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Trevon. I drove it for one day,then a mechanical situation popped up. Mike in service jumped right on it and told I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Trevon. I drove it for one day,then a mechanical situation popped up. Mike in service jumped right on it and told me not to worry. Between Mike,Jeep 24 and Chrysler it was fixed. Mike bent over backwards to make sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
