Amazing Dealership! I live in Wells, Maine and I found Bourne's Auto Center on line while searching for a Hummer H3. I contacted the dealership for info on the vehicle an I live in Wells, Maine and I found Bourne's Auto Center on line while searching for a Hummer H3. I contacted the dealership for info on the vehicle and was surprised to receive a text message after hours the same evening. I drove down to MA the next day to look at the vehicle. When I got there it was nice because we had a chance to look over the vehicle without being hounded by a sales person. Once we decided to go in and speak to someone we met sales person, John Benner who was fantastic! I had a couple of concerns about the vehicle and John made sure everything was taken care of immediately. I requested a new windshield be installed prior to the purchase. After picking up the Hummer I had some concern that the windshield may not have been sealed properly. The dealership Manager, Shawn Saunders, worked with me to have the Hummer checked out near my home so that I would not have to drive back down to MA and the issue has been resolved and covered by the warranty. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase a vehicle there again. Great Job Bourne's Auto Center! More

I have worked with Jake on 2 other Lexus vehicles and knew he would not disappoint. Within 2 days he had located 2 options for me. Both were exactly what I wanted. I went to the dealership and drove the car and days later drove it off the lot. Not only are you treated well by the Sales team, but Shawn S, the manager and Andy in the finance office take the time to understand what you need and deliver. I could not be happier with the car, the experience and the entire team at Bourne's Auto Center. You may read a few other reviews that are not as flattering as mine, but keep in mind these two facts. One, no one goes out of their way to say something nice but will to say something bad. And two, you can't please some people no matter how hard you try. Trust me, check these guys out, you won't be disappointed. More

Overall Good Experience Overall had a good experience with Bourne and would absolutely buy from them again. The only issue I had was with customer service and follow up. Af Overall had a good experience with Bourne and would absolutely buy from them again. The only issue I had was with customer service and follow up. After multiple calls to the sales associate and no call back, I unfortunately had to call the sales manager. I hate to go above the associate but after this going on for almost 6 months it was time to stop waiting and have issues addressed. They still owed me items from when I purchased my vehicle 6 months prior. After leaving a message with the manager I received a call back within hours and received very prompt service. The loan department was AMAZING and really worked with us to get us the best deal. Definitely recommend and will see them again the the future. More
