I saw a beautiful Highlander on the website, and came in to test drive the next day. I loved it, and it needed to have a few things done cosmetically. Jose Garcia was a pleasure to work with I was there almost 8 months ago and I couldn't make up my mind. Went back yesterday and worked with Jose he showed me 3 different cars and also my payment option almost 8 months ago and I couldn't make up my mind. Went back yesterday and worked with Jose he showed me 3 different cars and also my payment options with no pressure to buy. I ended up buying ,He got all the paperwork done and I was able to take the car home same day. I had an issue with android auto and he went out of his way to help fix the issue even agreed I could take it to the dealer and they would pay at no cost to me! Overall a great experience. I will recommend to all family friends and coworkers to deal with Bourne Auto and especially Jose Garcia! Took the pain out of buying a car. Thanks! More
