If I could pick zero stars I would. I was happy to trade in and buy a new vehicle with Shezhad and John. They were insistent on delivering the vehicle to me vs me taking the car home m I was happy to trade in and buy a new vehicle with Shezhad and John. They were insistent on delivering the vehicle to me vs me taking the car home myself. They delivered it late, and with a dent in the vehicle. I had to drop the car off, pick up a loaner (which I was told needed to be returned with a full tank of gas). I picked up MY car several days later, DIRTY, NO GAS, and extra mileage b/c they drove it to Oxnard. I PAID and had to take time out of my schedule because they delivered a damaged vehicle and then left it dirty and without gas and 280 miles on the vehicle that they damaged. I'm not sure what kind of service industry/dealership does this, especially when they boast about being #1 in the western region of the country. More
