I wanted to gather information and do most of the negotiating via internet managers prior to the purchase. Sheila Springer was not only efficient and friendly but made the entire process easy--a very different world from years gone by with other dealerships. She provided information I requested on several occasions very quickly and always reminded me that she was there to help in every way possible. She was, by far, the friendliest, most knowledgable and organized person we have every worked with for the purchase of a new car. She was always on time and made us feel like a special customer. We had to order the car, and Sheila kept us abreast of the status throughout the waiting period. The wait was much easier with these updates--we did not feel forgotten. When we picked up the car, she took time to go over everything in detail with admirable patience and understanding for all the technology we had to learn. She also told us that we were welcome to come back in a few weeks to go over any functions on the car. She made sure that we knew we could contact her in the meantime with any questions or concerns. We will definitely remember Sheila, and thank A & T Subaru for hiring, and knowing the perfect position for her.
