I was planning on trading in my old car and I wasn't sure how that whole process would go either. Upon arriving at A&T I was greeted and instantly felt comfortable. I was able to trade in my car and drive away in my new crosstrek the same day! Since this is my first Subaru Sheila and Loyda were very helpful in explaining all of the features and how to use them. I am so very happy with my purchase!! More

On arrival at A&T, in person, we found Sheila to be a friendly, personable and easy going sales person. More important, after we arrived at A&T and within a few minutes, the new Outback as described and as offered for sale via emails was parked outside, ready, detailed, and written up with the price as offered over our email exchanges. We stood and shook Sheila's hand to say thank you. We thanked Shelia for honoring A&T's email offer on the 2016 Outback. We told Sheila, honoring the price and car at a new car dealership is very much appreciated and not found everywhere. At no point did I feel pressured or hurried in any way and Provided the time needed to work through numbers, options. Her attention to detail and communication was excellent! Even when a few kinks arose with my trade, Sheila and the A&T staff went above and beyond to make sure everything moved forward smoothly and to a successful end result. When picking up my new car, Sheila took the time to walk me through each of the features on the car, helped set up the bluetooth to sync with my phone, showed me the service area and introduced me to the service staff. By far the best dealership I have worked with - A&T has most definitely earned my appreciation, respect and future business. More

From the moment we came in and were greeted to all of the staff at A & T, they were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable but definitely not pushy in any way. I felt that we got a very good price on our new car and even better customer service. Kevin Clouser was awesome! He is genuinely a very nice guy who is laid back but very knowledgeable and helpful. His attention to detail and communication are superb! Sheila Springer was also wonderful as she stepped in and finished the paperwork process with us when Kevin was away on a planned vacation. Everyone went above our expectations and I loved that we had a one on one session just after our purchase with Stephen Thuel who walked us through all the great features on our new car; he even helped me set up my Bluetooth. We now know where our future Subaru's will be purchased-A & T! More
