Alison is the best. I contacted her to let her know what we were looking for and she didn't have any in stock, but added me to the list for an incoming car. The only negative experience was with the business manager, Jacky who spoke to me in a very degrading and unprofessional way when I declined the warranty coverage. I was a returning Leith Honda customer, my how things have changed. Sales management team was combative and derogatory towards other area dealers. Had a "take it or leave it" attitude and did not seem at have changed. Sales management team was combative and derogatory towards other area dealers. Had a "take it or leave it" attitude and did not seem at all interested in finding solutions. We were not able to agree on price ( I wanted a $500 discount on a full price vehicle + $450 in dealer add ons and $699 doc fee). I am a local buyer so they would have had lifetime maintenance. And I was trading in so they would have made money there as well. Their attitude seems very short sighted. Reggie Jackson was happy to work the deal I wanted (paid more than CARMAX for my trade in) and I am thrilled with my purchase from them. More
