Simple oil change, but service was very good! Express oil change I take my Jeep here for oil changes. Saturday I chose to do the Express Oil Change route versus scheduling an appointment. It took an hour. It would I take my Jeep here for oil changes. Saturday I chose to do the Express Oil Change route versus scheduling an appointment. It took an hour. It would be nice if they had a designated person who could do a truly quick oil change in 15 minutes; otherwise, it should not be called Express. Still they were friendly and gave me an update during my wait. More

I had a awesome experience I had a breakdown with my 2018! Jeep, Compass. After having my vehicle towed to the dealership, I was told a 48 hours turn around to repair. I had a I had a breakdown with my 2018! Jeep, Compass. After having my vehicle towed to the dealership, I was told a 48 hours turn around to repair. I had a great surprise when the vehicle was repaired in just 24 hours. This was unexpected, but needed as I drive as a way of earning a living with Uber and Lyft. SAME DAY, NO APPT, NO PROBLEM! I inadvertently scheduled my appointment with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. Upon my arrival, I knew it was the wrong dealership based on the exterior facad I inadvertently scheduled my appointment with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. Upon my arrival, I knew it was the wrong dealership based on the exterior facade of the edifice. I said, “what the heck? It’s RH, I only need an oil change.” When the service writer approached my car, I explained what I had done and inquired if they could do an oil change on my Chrysler. He looked at the mileage of my vehicle and said you may want to go to Chrysler, it will be 2.5 hours. ???with an appointment??? I was disappointed with the response..it was my day off. I proceeded to GPS RHCDJR. Upon my arrival I was greeted and assured someone would be happy to assist. A tall gentleman approached a few minutes later, I shared with him my story, he responded “No Problem, it may be 1.5 hours is that okay?” I was truly satisfied and appreciated the timely, thorough service. I will never make the mistake and book elsewhere again! Rick Hendrick CDJR on Pleasantville Rd are real VIPs! More
