Scheduled an appointment for 8 am, didnt leave until noon Had a good buying experience and then i brought the truck back for its first oil change and tire rotation per my maintenance contract.... made an appo Had a good buying experience and then i brought the truck back for its first oil change and tire rotation per my maintenance contract.... made an appointment for 8am a couple of weeks in advance, did not leave until almost noon. The service department quoted me under an hour at most so i chose to wait. It was not until i went and asked the service advisor at 10:50 that they even took my truck back for the service. And then when my truck was “ready” they had not even rotated the tires and had to take it back again. When i got my truck back there were oily handprints all down the bedside and on the back doors. Terrible experience. Was extremely late to the next thing planned in my day and wasted my entire saturday morning and afternoon for nothing. Specifically made the appointment early in the morning so it would not waste my entire day. More

Too much time! The people here are nice and will try to work with you as much as possible. I waited a long time for a simple repair and for a car simply because some representatives were not updating me on things as they were happening. customers time is very valuable so I would recommend all of the staff to consistently check in on your customers and inform them every step of the way with facts. More

Poor service experience I called the dealership to confirm they had the parts to complete a recall after 3 weeks of waiting with no one reaching out. They said they did so I I called the dealership to confirm they had the parts to complete a recall after 3 weeks of waiting with no one reaching out. They said they did so I made an appointment myself since my service advisor never called me back. I took my van in and sat 2 and 1/2 hours to be told they didn't have the parts in. More
