For my first visit for service, I was disappointed. I was not asked as I entered the building if I needed help. When my service was complete, I had to ask the staff to check me out. My service was 2 1/ I was not asked as I entered the building if I needed help. When my service was complete, I had to ask the staff to check me out. My service was 2 1/2 hours long. If I could get the service I paid for, anywhere else I would. More

I never worry when I take my vehicle in for service at Greenway Kia East. It's always a quality experience. Even for longer service like 60 K, they turned the car around and deliver it nice and clean in 3 Greenway Kia East. It's always a quality experience. Even for longer service like 60 K, they turned the car around and deliver it nice and clean in 3 to 4 hours. It's not painful waiting all day at all. One of the things I noticed over the years is that the same people are there from appointment to appointment. This means your service management must be good and the service representatives must be happy to work there. I am a manager myself, and I recognize the loyalty inherent in that situation. Keep up the good work. You have a great team there and I won't take my car anywhere else for service. More
