My thoughs about the Toyota dealership. I have been a customer for this particular dealer for many years. My loyalty to create revenue for this establishment is based in the personal rela I have been a customer for this particular dealer for many years. My loyalty to create revenue for this establishment is based in the personal relationship with the staff involve in the service of my vehicles. I talked to them, and listen to them. They are worthy people trying to make a living with dignity, and self respect. Advisers, technicians, managers, people in the sales dept, all of them are worthy of better conditions and benefits . I have payed as customer my share of price increases in many years, it is Now the turn of this Industry, to start getting these excellent profesionals the benefits they deserve. A good Retirement Plan as started, would be an excellent tool to increased their productivity and give the business the loyalty they required. More

Perhaps you all were having an off day Usually you guys are great. However, this was not one of those times. I brought my car in for an oil change and cabin filter change in December, rig Usually you guys are great. However, this was not one of those times. I brought my car in for an oil change and cabin filter change in December, right before the holidays. On my way home I noticed something was wrong with the glove compartment and it would not close. Had to bring the car back a couple of weeks later, turns out during the replacement of the cabin filter, the compartment was damaged. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed that day and a part had to be ordered. Couple of weeks went by and no call regarding the part. Finally, my husband called and part was ready and we were told we could come by and they would fix it. My husband woke up early on a Saturday morning, drove to the dealership, only to be told that they could not do it that day. He was asked to come back on Tuesday morning and it should only take an hour. As it turns out, it took longer than an hour to the point that he almost had to ask for a rental car so he could attend an already scheduled appointment for that day. Again, you guys are usually great, I have been bringing my cars to you for over 14 years and have purchased this car from you last year. However, a simple oil and cabin filter change led to added inconvenience to myself and my husband, 3 extra visits to the dealership and over 4 hours of our time. I gave 2 overall stars because the employees were nice, but other than that, service fell short. I gave 2 stars for quality of work, since if the cabin filter change would have been done correctly in the beginning, none of this would have be necessary. This survey forces me to select employees that we dealt with. I selected all of the employee's that are listed in the service section. If you were not involved in the case, my apologies to you. And again, we do not have any issues with the individuals, everyone is nice and tries to be helpful. I just think from start to finish, our car issues were dropped through the cracks. I sincerely feel that if we would not have called to see if the part was in, I would still be driving around with an open glove compartment....poor follow up. More
