I will not deal with anyone but her from now on. She was so enthusiastic and so helpful from start to finish. She has followed up with us on our first and second purchases. I have been able to reach out with her to ask the silliest questions and she has responded right away . She was instrumental in us finding this amazing car ! She literally videotaped the car and sent it to us the day it came in and we were there the next day to buy it. The service at this dealership is second to none . Shelley was above and beyond professional and helpful in getting me the Lexus of my dreams! She was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns; quickly obtaining my desired vehicle from another Ohio getting me the Lexus of my dreams!
