I made an appointment for a repair and was told there would be a shuttle to drive me back to my office during the repair. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told the repair would take the whole day would be a shuttle to drive me back to my office during the repair. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told the repair would take the whole day and the shuttle would only travel 3 miles. That was insufficient. My office is 5 miles from the dealership. I left and did not have the repair. Advantage Toyota needs to be better at communicating the details of these appointments. I don't know how the repair would have turned out, but I do not like their operations. More

Don't recommend this place at all. Rip off completely they need to be watched overpriced you and give excuses. I have been with Toyota faithfully and happily since 2007. I started at Atlantic Toyota mostly due to Timothy Keehner in service; then, I switched to Advantage Toyota because they offered lots of great 2007. I started at Atlantic Toyota mostly due to Timothy Keehner in service; then, I switched to Advantage Toyota because they offered lots of great incentives. They matched me with Basil Rabie. He was great! Upfront, honest, fair--a real staunch negotiator, funny, kind, helpful and accommodating. I started going there from that point forward mostly because of the ethics that Basil brings to the table. He's fast, efficient, smart and delivers on his promise. Unfortunately, Basil was on vacation when my Highlander was ready for pick up. I said I would only do the deal if Basil got the commission. They said, oh well, we'll help you instead. I insisted on waiting till he returned from vacation and they gave me a hard time. In particular Ross Finkelstein --yes I spelled it right Ross like you told me to on the complaint ;-)--who's surley, cold, sneaky, evasive and generally uncooperative. Next on the list: Shermica Malcom, a veteran supposedly for 23 plus or minus years at Toyota. She yelled at me when I stook up for Basil, see management and he had some differences and he was essentially blackballed on two deals that I put together with Basil on Tuesday! I was upset. I called Basil to find out what was going on at the encouragement of one Mr. Finkelstein. He dared me to call him; so , I did. He said he hadn't checked in with Toyota because he was on vacation. However, last night, Basil had promised me he'd call first thing in the morning though he was not technically allowed to complete the transaction I started with him. I put $200 down Tuesday night on a pearl white with gray interior Highlander for 36 mo lease at $483/mo for my two impoverished brothers to share--Merry Christmas!; and, $500 down the prior week on a metallic silver Highlander with gray interior for me. Shermica yelled at me and pointed her pen at me in a private room like a red headed step child! Out of sight of the cameras in an office. She had combative body language and voice. She said Basil was going to get in big trouble because of me! I said if they jeopardized him I'd tell corporate. She said if Basil goes to her party that she'll kick him out! Immature and vindictive, unprofessional all around. They said fine. I Where do I start with Tom Coppola? Making reference to the cameras. Ross called me irrational because I wanted my money back. I told them I wanted the car released to Atlantic. He said fine then re-negged. Ross stared me down and called me ma'am. unreal disrespect. I was going to buy a Prius, lease tw count them TWO Highlanders. I said calmly but firmly that I would walk if Basil didn't get the deal. They said and I quote "no problem." Forget these guys don't waste your time. Poor Basil. More
