The service department always takes the time to explain everything they’re doing with my car. My service representative, James, makes sure I fully understand what’s being done—he’s very patient and answers everything they’re doing with my car. This is the second time here on a Saturday and it seems that the sales manager does not have any respect for kids waiting with their parents in service.
