Great experience from start to finish! My husband and I were just a week into car shopping when we decided to take a ride to Richard Lucas Chevrolet. When we were approached by Shumar Bosem My husband and I were just a week into car shopping when we decided to take a ride to Richard Lucas Chevrolet. When we were approached by Shumar Boseman, we immediately told him that we really were not sure about what we wanted to do. We liked the Chevy Traverse, and we were looking to replace one of our existing cars, but were really in no rush. Shumar was extremely helpful and informative, but never pushy. After he took us out on a test drive, we started asking him about their leasing/buying programs. He came back with several offers for us to think about. He was extremely patient as we consulted my car savvy father in law several times on the phone throughout the course of our visit. In the end, he asked us what it would take for us to consider taking the car. When we told him, he made it happen, and we drove home in our brand new 2019 Traverse! Car shopping ranks rather low on our list of things to do, and Shumar and his team made it as painless as possible for us. Even his associate, Vinny Fasco, could not have been more helpful with getting us connected with On Star and just familiarizing us with the car’s many features. I’m happy to say that we are done with car shopping for the foreseeable future, but would not hesitate to return to Richard Lucas Chevrolet as well as recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. We were also very impressed with the expedient financial process once we made a decision on the vehicle we wanted.
