My wife and I went to Manly to trade in our 2017 Honda CR-V for a 2022 CR-V. We were extremely pleased with the very professional and friendly service given by the staff at Manly. As always, Manly Honda can only be described in superlatives. I have never had a bad experience in the years that I have done business with them. Jose Rocha should be declared a National Treasure among service advisers. Shyla Saxton is a rising star in the Manly firmament. Jose was occupied with customers, when I got there for my appointment. I was impressed with how quickly she swung into action, without hesitation, and got my car into the service bay. All this with a big smile and a welcoming attitude that defines the family-like feeling of being a customer at Manly Honda. I anticipate a bright future for her. The first thing I saw when walking is was Susan in service department talking on and on with her mask pulled down past her chin! (and nearly every time she spoke!) This is right after you walk in the service department talking on and on with her mask pulled down past her chin! (and nearly every time she spoke!) This is right after you walk in the door with a large "Mask required" sign. Guess it's not enforced for employees. . . Shyla helped me, she was friendly and helpful. I do have to say that everytime I bring my vehicle in for service they find some big, expensive repair that "needs" to be done. Seems a little questionable. And wait time for even smaller services take an awful long time. So I'd rate the dealership overall as a 2 out of 5 stars. More
