I was very surprised that this dealership does not offer loaners or a shuttle service. IIRC, the scheduling website asks whether I'd need a shuttle, so I was not expecting to pay the extra fee for a Lyft ba loaners or a shuttle service. They took 2. 5 hr. to change oil and rotate tires. Entirely too long. Shyla suggested that it takes longer for service of non-Honda vehicles and that I might want 5 hr. to change oil and rotate tires. Entirely too long. After tire rotation the car pulled to the right because they put two different tires on the left and right front. I had to pay a local tire dealer to fix the problem. More
