This is my second time just unexpectedly showing up for something regarding my new truck (at no fault of KOONS) and Chris in service has been absolutely wonderful! Salesman was great. Finance is a train wreck. Wrote up my temp registration with the wrong VIN, not even close. Bought the car cash, was promised they would not run cred Finance is a train wreck. Wrote up my temp registration with the wrong VIN, not even close. Bought the car cash, was promised they would not run credit ( too many inquiries lowers your score) they ran credit anyway. Everything finance was a disaster. Probably never buying there again. More
