Very calm and reassuring transaction process Used Costco Auto Program which had exclusive contract with Beaverton Audi. I was immediately set up with Shane Randall who quarterbacked my experience even on his "off" days. No pressure or negotiating involved at all which I strongly prefer. Set me up with test drive(s) for 2020 Q5 Hybrid that I wanted. Paperwork was smooth. Shane made sure that everything was right, spent a huge amount of time wit me to make sure that I understood the practicalities and nuances of owning and driving an "electric" car. Offered to avail himself almost indefinitely so I could familiarize myself with new Q5 More

We came to Audi to test drive an Audi Q3. Tan helped us and he was great. He made us feel like he was on our side the whole time. He did everything he could to get us in our dream car! Purchase of a new Audi Overall I think my experience was positive. The folks at the dealership were helpful in the purchase of the car and willing to negotiate to a price po Overall I think my experience was positive. The folks at the dealership were helpful in the purchase of the car and willing to negotiate to a price point that was mutually agreeable. My car didn't make it home before I started getting taillight errors - to which I phoned the dealership for help. About an hour after my call the service department got back to me and we discussed the problem. Since this happened on a Saturday we agreed for me to drive the car back up Sunday, get a loaner and have them look at the car Monday. I asked the dealership to consider giving me a deep discount on the cargo all-weather mat for my troubles - didn't get a definitive answer at the time of leaving my vehicle but I figured this was a no-brainer since I used up my Sunday getting the faulty car back up to them. When they called me to return the car Monday (it was only a battery reset problem), I was offered the standard 15% off rate for the mat with no other discount (this is the rate the offer to all new Audi buyers). In addition to this, they didn't even fill the gas tank back up to at least account for my trip back up to Portland from Albany (around 120 miles round trip). I think this will leave the lasting impression for me - it was a great buying experience (Richard Chin did an excellent job) - but once the buying was over, 'making it right' was no longer in the list of priorities. I have no problem with needing to correct an error on a new car - but that fact that my time (and my gas) was not taken into consideration leaves some of this overall transaction to be desired. More
