This is the second vehicle we have leased thru Bayside VW. Both times we dealt w/ Sylvano and we couldn’t have been happier. Got ripped off here. I had an original deal to lease a Tiguan SE R Line Black but decided to change my order. I met with the general manager as my sales person was not in that day. He said that due to the Tiguan SE R Line Black but decided to change my order. I met with the general manager as my sales person was not in that day. He said that due to the fact that cars are not readily available and that we don’t want to “screw” me he only added 10% to the price of the vehicle. REALLY?!?! That made a $38,000 vehicle $41,000. I went to another dealer that not only didn’t add anything “extra” to the price of my vehicle, they gave me an additional $1,550 above what this dealer quoted me. So all in all that would have been an extra $100 per month on my payment. Needless to say I will never be buying a car here. Shop before you put a deposit. More

I have leased 3 cars from Silvano and each time it has been a great experience. I never felt rushed and he always made the entire process very understandable. Whenever we went over the contracts, he alway been a great experience. I never felt rushed and he always made the entire process very understandable. Whenever we went over the contracts, he always pointed my attention to the most important parts and even went over where I could save money if I wanted to. This is why I went back to him and Bayside VW multiple times, I never feel pressured to buy anything and they always give me multiple options to choose from for the type of situation that I am in. I highly recommend them for purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. More
