I’ve been taking my vehicles to Toyota dealerships across Metro Atlanta for years, and this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I brought my truck in and told them exactly what was wrong: t Metro Atlanta for years, and this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I brought my truck in and told them exactly what was wrong: the low-pressure Schrader valve on the A/C system is bad and leaking. I also explained that the system needed to be drained and recharged. They later called me to say the Schrader valve is bad and the system needs a recharge. In other words, they just repeated what I already told them. Then they charged me a $90 diagnostic fee and quoted $375 to do the work. That same job is $250 at Marietta Toyota and $169 at most independent shops. This isn’t just about pricing. It’s about how they treat people. Every time I’ve come to this dealership, the service advisors seem rushed, uninterested, and more focused on pushing me through the system than helping me get my vehicle fixed right. It’s a pattern, not a one-off. More

I took my 2022 manual Tacoma in for issues revolving around shifting in and out of gear. I suspected it was either the clutch or slave cylinder. Toyota stated that I needed a new clutch and transmissi around shifting in and out of gear. I suspected it was either the clutch or slave cylinder. Toyota stated that I needed a new clutch and transmission. I paid for the clutch, Toyota covered the transmission. I fully believe the transmission was fine and Toyota just wanted to scam corporate out of warranty work hours. After repairs my Tacoma never felt the same and was very difficult to shift while driving. I took it back to service stating that I believe the slave cylinder is bad. They kept it for a few days and kept implying that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. After giving up on them to find a solution, I asked them to replace both the master and slave cylinders for the transmission. I had to pay for it out of pocket. But once I got my truck back the second time, it drives much better. Toyota failed to diagnose the issue, told me there wasn’t a problem at all, and one of the technicians STOLE my lug wrench while my truck was in for service. Had I known the service department would be so shady and dismissive, I would’ve bought my Tacoma from another dealership. Proceed with caution. Don’t fully believe their service advisors. They lack proper training and likely can’t help you unless you can diagnose the issue yourself. They may likely steal your belongings as well. More

This dealership is shady. They can’t be trusted. When you call the number listed, they should inform you that you are not speaking to a worker at that location, it’s a call ce They can’t be trusted. When you call the number listed, they should inform you that you are not speaking to a worker at that location, it’s a call center. So they “muck up” many protocols and procedures that the actual dealership has. They tell you incorrect info like they know. They u get to the dealership and it’s all wrong info. More

I went in to get a 6 month oil change after purchase, and was denied. Simon said "no problem", and I was not told otherwise. I was shocked to see the invoice stating no oil change. So, I called service th was denied. Simon said "no problem", and I was not told otherwise. I was shocked to see the invoice stating no oil change. So, I called service the next day, and was told I had to wait for 10k miles. More

A job that was quoted to take two hours took four. I attempted to get an update via their text service (which they requested use via text when you check in). No response. When I went to the desk I was I attempted to get an update via their text service (which they requested use via text when you check in). No response. When I went to the desk I was then told “they needed to top off the fluids and take it on a test drive”. I could see the car sitting in the bay. The hood was down. Sure. It was the ready a few minutes later. Was it a ghost test drive? More
