This was the second encounter I've had with him where I felt belittled and treated as "less-than" simply because I'm female. He needs to understand what being "equitable" means - because of his demeanor I will never purchase another vehicle at Rothrock again nor recommend this dealership beyond service. More

Last year I brought my car for service and when I picked it up my keys were locked inside. When I picked my car up last week, it was parked but still j in n gear.
