Being allowed to leave meant I came back. For the first time for me, I wanted a car but didn’t have to get one. So I wanted to take the time to see what was out there. Jeff listened and showed me what I was looking for and allowed me to ask questions without trying to steer me or tell me why I didn’t want some options. Instead he promptly gave me the info I wanted and allowed me to leave. This made all the difference. I went to two more dealers and the great experience I had with Jeff made it very easy to walk away and return. From there it was super simple to complete the lease. I’m super happy. More
