After 10 years of driving a 1997 Saturn that was literally given to me by an old lady, I decided it was time for an upgrade. As a single young woman, I had bad experiences at a couple of other dealers in the area, who obviously assumed they could pull the wool over my eyes and offered me terrible deals. I came to Toyota of Wallingford and was offered a much better deal by Evan Douglas and Frank Mikolike. They were kind and respectful, and they took the time to explain the terms of the lease. Most importantly, they were very transparent in the lease deal they were offering. They showed me all the numbers I was asking for (whereas at the other dealerships, it took pulling teeth to get them to tell me the sticker price I was being offered and the residual value at the end of the lease, and I was never allowed to speak with the manager who was offering these shady deals). Not only did they treat me like a human, Toyota of Wallingford offers many perks, such as free oil changes and batteries as long as you own your car, as well as free manicures (seriously) if you get your service on a Monday. They are awesome! More

Paul Solomon and Sohail Butt, made sure ALL finances were in order, every "t" crossed and evey "i" dotted. They again worked with me too, to get the car that I kept thinking about over and over. Frank Mikolike has a great personality and welcomed me to the team/family. All four were responsible for a great transaction and a great CAR! We bought my wife's car from here a few months back and loved the friendly, honest, up front service. For my car we decided to lease and I decided to shop around. I went to 6 different dealers and was focused on price over almost everything else. Toyota of Wallingford offered a really good deal but was beat by another dealership that I went to. Yas kept in touch with me, not pressuring me, but just making sure I was being taken care of. As it turns out the other dealership was not too a front with the deal and at the 11th hour the deal fell through. I called Yas, on his cell number, he returned my call even though he was off that day. Yas, Stu, and Sohail, worked some amazing magic to meet me at the price I was focused on, and the car is amazing!!!! To finalize the deal I worked with Gloria to complete the paperwork. With both deals Gloria was a treat, a real joy to work with. The actual financials can be uncomfortable and tedious, but not with Gloria! She has such a great personality, and demeanor. I want to go in just to say hi and hang out with her.... The team at Toyota of Wallingford is amazing!!!! Next time we need to get a car I will not shop around, after seeing all of the other dealerships, I know that I cannot beat the team at Toyota of Wallingford.
