When I make an appointment, and I'm on time, I expect someone to meet me, even if it's on the weekend which I do understand is the peak time of the week. I arrived on time and their check-in person greeted me with a smile and got my rep, Melissa, who promptly set me up with Cameron Wynn. Both encounters I was offered something to drink and eat. Cameron was friendly, professional, and straight forward in asking me what I was looking for. I told him I was seeking a Civic Sport. I laid my cards on the table about my credit situation, what I was willing to put down, and what I was comfortable paying. He got his Sales Manager, Jamison Frank involved right away who was incredibly personable and polite with a similar, upfront approach to tackling what I was seeking. Without telling them anything about what color or features I was looking for, Cameron went to pick out a Civic Sport that was the exact color I had been eyeing online, but with alloy wheels with black gloss inserts to boot. It was the perfect car to match my personality. It was ultra sporty and exactly what I asked for and more. That matters to me when I go somewhere. It wouldn't make any sense to walk into a restaurant and ask for one dish and for them to serve you something else entirely. Not only did they get me something perfect for me, but they worked it out so I could lease the 2019 Civic Sport, where other dealerships refused to even consider it. Their Finance Manager, Sondra, made the paperwork fast, efficient, and painless when I came to get the vehicle. Getting this vehicle as well as the experience through the process at Mohawk Honda has been life changing for me. I have already recommended them to 4 people I know are looking for car purchases/trade ins sometime this year. Even after my purchase, Cameron reached out to me to recommend a Geico referral agent with a better quote for my new car than what I have been paying with Progressive as a 5 year customer. With all that and getting the car cleaned up and Simonides for me to drive it out of there that day as it just needed a little detailing, we went from unsure of which vehicle we wanted to new car owner in just four hours! Impeccable purchasing experience overall and would recommend them to any of my friends or family looking for a vehicle. More

I was referred to them by my financial advisor John Colley of Colley Asset Management in Saratoga Springs. I have to say the experience was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. I worked with the sales manager Mark Ellis and his son Mark Junior and they couldn’t have been nicer, more oriented towards my needs or more straightforward in how they dealt with me. They went out of their way to help me get as close to the price I wanted as possible without any kind of hard selling techniques. In fact, they suggested ways that would help me out in the long run. When I picked up the CRV, the excellence continued. Gabe showed me how to take advantage of the features and how everything worked. He was knowledgeable and patient and explained everything quite well. Sondra who was in the Financial Office finalized the process of the lease and got me on my way. She too was very knowledgeable and guided me though the possible services that I might take advantage of without any hard selling. All in all, I would highly recommend Mohawk Honda to everyone interested in a pleasant and satisfying car buying experience. An experience like I had does not just happen.
