New vehicle purchase Everyone that helped us with our purchasing experience was super helpful, informative and patient with us as we only had a couple cars in mind going i Everyone that helped us with our purchasing experience was super helpful, informative and patient with us as we only had a couple cars in mind going in (we ended up going with one that we weren’t aware of)..... from the sales consultant (Shane Koval) getting us out on the road to test out the vehicles and finding the car that suited me best ultimately to the finance person (Sondra Sample) who had all the paperwork we needed to fill out very organized and to the delivery specialist (Junior Yogendra) who, when I got into my new car to hit the road, got me linked in with and up-to-date understanding the new technologies! With all that and getting the car cleaned up and Simonides for me to drive it out of there that day as it just needed a little detailing, we went from unsure of which vehicle we wanted to new car owner in just four hours! Impeccable purchasing experience overall and would recommend them to any of my friends or family looking for a vehicle. More

I was referred to them by my financial advisor John Colley of Colley Asset Management in Saratog I just leased a new Honda CRV from Mohawk Honda. I was referred to them by my financial advisor John Colley of Colley Asset Management in Saratoga Springs. I have to say the experience was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. I worked with the sales manager Mark Ellis and his son Mark Junior and they couldn’t have been nicer, more oriented towards my needs or more straightforward in how they dealt with me. They went out of their way to help me get as close to the price I wanted as possible without any kind of hard selling techniques. In fact, they suggested ways that would help me out in the long run. When I picked up the CRV, the excellence continued. Gabe showed me how to take advantage of the features and how everything worked. He was knowledgeable and patient and explained everything quite well. Sondra who was in the Financial Office finalized the process of the lease and got me on my way. She too was very knowledgeable and guided me though the possible services that I might take advantage of without any hard selling. All in all, I would highly recommend Mohawk Honda to everyone interested in a pleasant and satisfying car buying experience. An experience like I had does not just happen. A great experience! I was greeted the minute I walked into the dealership by Travis, with a smile. Travis set me up with Pete Menagias, Salesman. I told Pete what I wanted as far as car, color and payment. One hour later the deal was done, no pressure. Pete is a great salesman, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Less than 24 hours later I was picking up my car! Sandra Sample, Finance, had me on my way in record time. She gave me great news that my payment was actually less than quoted! She is awesome at her job. Full of energy! Last but not least, Gabe Fernandez showed me how everything worked on my dash, etc. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me.
