I met with Frank, and he was very helpful on guiding the buying process. Just after some brief negotiate I decided to buy it because I believed that was a fair deal. The only thing I think they can improve is that they should actually talk more about the financial part. If people want to do a monthly payment, it would be nice if the sales could introduce different rates and plans for the buyer to choose (and introduce interstate rather than throwing a monthly payment), so that the buyer will not be surprised when they see the actual interest rate from the bank statement. More
