We were told that the engine was blown out and needed a new one that would cost $8500! After discussing our pros and cons, we decided to look at new vehicles. We were introduced to Sonny Kareem who showed us new and used trucks. Sonny knew his product and was very informative. We ended up purchasing a used 2011 Dodge Ram Truck 1500. Sonny was very friendly from the very start to the very end and went out of his way to assist us in getting our truck. We were stressed out after being told we had a blown eingine, but Sonny made us feel at easy through the whole process. Awesome job Sonny! My husband can sleep now....... More

He found me through the internet after I had inquired about trading in our Dodge RAM Van looking for a Chrysler Town & Country. The dealership was over 80 miles from our house, so we worked the deal over the phone and through pictures I provided him and he provided me of the car we were looking to buy. So I new that the drive to La Mesa from Temecula was going to be worth it, and it was!!! Not only were we treated wonderfully when we got there the process was easy and quick. No haggling he new what we were willing to pay/finance, and even beat that by $919.00 which was such a treat to even save more than expected once we walked through the door. Which for a car dealer is unheard of! I can't tell you how amazing this experience was - we will even drive back to La Mesa for service as they have won our loyalty! More

I want to take this time and discuss how our experience went with Sonny at Carl Burgers. I have had a Charger for 6 years and loved it! They were interested in buying it from me and putting me into a new went with Sonny at Carl Burgers. I have had a Charger for 6 years and loved it! They were interested in buying it from me and putting me into a new one. I went to the dealership and spoke with Sonny and am now home with a new Charger. It was an amazing experience going there. It was so easy to work with him and we appreciate how easy he made it. It took me a little time to decide on doing it, and he was very patient with my deciding. He was exceptional to work with and would difinitely do it again and will refer him to anyone. He really took the time to understand what was needed and he completed what we were there to do with flying colors! It was an exceptional experience and I am so glad that we were able to work with someone that went above and beyond our expectations to make it as smooth as it could be. I take this time to state that he was definitely a ten out of ten!! He is a definite asset to Carl Burgers! More

I went to Carl Burger because of the simple fact that it is close to home and I know a lot of people at Carl Burger. This is the third car we have purchased within a years time from Carl Burger. Sonny sold me the first vehicle last year after that I send my son to him and he purchased a vehicle and I have now purchased time from Carl Burger. His customer service skills are exceptional. Sonny treated us and made us feel like we were a member of his family. I visited several dealerships in search of a second car and after calling Sonny and talking to him he worked day and night to find us the right truck. I currently am employed by a company that specializes in customer satisfaction so I know how important it is to have satisfied customers, and Sonny by far is the epitome of excellent customer service.
