Never informed about warranties left on vehicle, was not told how long it would take to payoff the trade in , now I’m stuck with 2 payments unless I get it paid it off by next week. 10/10 experience Andrew was the best salesman ever! !! Made the process super easy. We’re from out of town and purchased a 2023 Hellcat charger widebody jailbreak that was super hard to find in state an !! Made the process super easy. We’re from out of town and purchased a 2023 Hellcat charger widebody jailbreak that was super hard to find in state and he had everything set up to where all we had to do was come sign for our vehicle. He even went the extra mile to be sure the tank was filled up for us to get home and had the car detailed upon our arrival! Also set up for us to take pictures and stuck to his word on our trade quote! 100% would recommend Andrew and this dealership in general. We were already pre approved through a third party lender but they were able to get our interest rate even lower and discounted our warranty and gap insurance. We had an amazing experience all around. More

I’m extremely happy with the service I received at San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I dread buying cars and dealing with car salesmen but this rates among one of my top purchase experiences. People I worked with and would highly recommend Edward (my main poc, tore his ACL before I could pick up the car). Eddie Jagger (completed the sale while Edward was out), Spencer (one of the managers, helped with the original deal and very easy to work with), and Marco (Finance, least stressful purchase I’ve made and also very easy to work with). I think I got a good deal on a fantastic car and avoided the typical car sales experience. More
