Service was prompt & professional. Jimmy Gray took care of us & clearly explained all parts of inspection & procedure. While there’s a nice lobby for waiting, a shuttle took us to the Jimmy Gray took care of us & clearly explained all parts of inspection & procedure. While there’s a nice lobby for waiting, a shuttle took us to the mall. While there, Jimmy texted to explain the timeline for service. We were then given the option to use a loaner car overnight. We took the offer & drove home a new Honda Passport, which was the best “test drive” one could imagine for shopping for a new car - very nice vehicle. We were kept informed throughout the service with full explanation of the bill. All of your service people were cordial. Presently we have only one unresolved issue, & it doesn’t pertain to your business. We had a pricey part replaced that is currently under review with the Honda Corporation for a recall. We are hoping that will be forthcoming. But again, very pleased with Luther Honda. More
