This is the second time I've brought my vehicle in for maintenance and have asked for my vehicle to be washed afterwards (which I was told when I bought it, that would always be included in any maintenanc maintenance and have asked for my vehicle to be washed afterwards (which I was told when I bought it, that would always be included in any maintenance appointment), and it wasn't washed.
