Easy experience We walked in with no appointment and were greeted by Ben Strom who immediately invited us to join him at his desk. He listened to us. He took his time to be sure all our questions were answered, AND he sought out help from his associates when we asked a question about which he was not totally sure how to respond (rather than respond inadequately). They are nice to customers and try to work with you if any issues arise. The new building is great and had a super waiting area to hang in when car is being serviced. Just picked up our second Honda Fit...this time a 2019. Other than getting shaken down for a maintenance warranty (everyone does that) the whole process was low stress/easy. They have been great as far as staying in communication while my add-ons were ordered and installed as they arrive. More
