They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade-ins (2 cars) and the used car was at a "Great Price" as designated by KBB. The process was effortless and they worked with me to ensure that everything was taken care of in one stop. When I need to purchase a car again, I will call look at their inventory first and call Charles Dabney to help me out with my purchase. You are not a number here and everyone is genuinely nice.
