Chad the salesman was very knowledgeable and very sweet. I really enjoyed the process with him. He is young and seems like he is still learning but really helped the process. Chad was 5 stars all the way. I really enjoyed the process with him. He is young and seems like he is still learning but really helped the process. Chad was 5 stars all the way. Now to the bad....went in to meet with Stacey to finish the process. I definitely understand that he needs to explain the entire extended warranty information, I totally get it. I explained that I had no interest in an extended warranty at all. He kept explaining and I kept saying no thank you. Then pulls out examples of how much money it would cost if I didn't have it and again I said no thank you. Then he said well for $2.50 a day you could protect yourself. I being funny said, well if I have to spend $2.50 a day I would not be able to eat lunch, and he said, "Well then you probably shouldn't be buying this car!!!" I saw red...and my husband knew it and said, let's just go...we don't need to buy this car from them. I think Stacey realized then that he had messed up...and tried to back track. As I realized this guy was trying to add $4500 to my loan, my blood was boiling. I get it...its his job to sell them, but when someone says no multiple times, take that as an answer and DO NOT insult the person spending $26,000. That being said, I love my car, sucks that the lifetime power train warranty is only good if you get your car serviced there. I live in Troy IL and that's a bit far for an oil change. Chad did a great job of getting it all cleaned up and gassed up. I really appreciated that. It was a very long process 4 hours was way too long. More
