Walking into the dealership, I was overwhelmed with not knowing what car I even wanted to go for. That is when Nelson greeted me and reassured me that we would find something for me. He has so much patience and took his time explaining all of the features , along with asking me questions to further pinpoint which vehicle would be best for me. Starlin was also so willing to break everything down for me so that I could leave with a car that day. Not to mention , Nelson and Starlin made me feel like more than a customer. They genuinely got to know me and I could tell that they really wanted to help. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Noah also stepped in and also took his time explaining what my package would look like. I felt no pressure from anyone and that is an AMAZING feeling; not only when you are making a large purchase, but especially when it’s your first car. I can’t leave out Scott, who welcomed me to the Kia family upon receiving my keys. He really reinforced the feeling that I made the best choice. I’m truly blown away with the service I received and the dream team that is Kia of Wesley Chapel. Thank you so much to everyone that helped me! More
