I purchased a Mazda CX-5 Preferred from North Penn Mazda on Saturday 9/16/24. It was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman was Stephan Dasneves. Stephan was extremely profes on Saturday 9/16/24. It was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman was Stephan Dasneves. Stephan was extremely professional and patient with me over a long email chain, answering all my questions. When I decided to, “pull the pin” and arrived at the dealership, Stephan greeted me and immediately put me at ease. It was very busy at the dealership that Saturday and Stephan apologized numerous times when he was pulled away with other tasks. He was extremely respectful and thanked me for my patience. I would highly recommend Stephan as a sales professional. At the appropriate time, Stephan handed me over to John Sell a finance manager. John was also professional, respectful and put me at ease. He clearly explained every document and what its purpose was before I signed it. He was friendly and came across as trustworthy which made me feel like I wasn’t about to be, “raked over the coals.” He was able to get me a finance interest rate that beat my credit union. John explained all the extended warranties and protection products available to me without any pressure whatsoever! The manager was able to give me what I needed for my trade. Stephan made sure that my new vehicle was detailed and ready for delivery when I was finished with John. I assured him that I didn’t need him to explain all the features as I had already completely researched the vehicle. Stephan had pulled my vehicle up to the building and waited for me to enter it. He thanked me again for my patience, told me to call him with any questions, wished me luck and sent me on my way. That’s the way buying a vehicle should always go. More
