Went in for oil change that I had appointment for.
Took some time to get to me because it looked like everybody took lunch at the same time. This is not a good look to have a deserted customer service
Took some time to get to me because it looked like everybody took lunch at the same time. This is not a good look to have a deserted customer service area when you come in for an appointment. You need to stagger lunch breaks. The girl that helped me was clearly swamped, but she was kind and very helpful. She seems to be doing everyone else's job while they are nowhere to be found.
