Martin's Dealership - very client oriented We had a very pleasant experience during our recent purchase. They went over and above in customer service. Because of weather conditions, we chang We had a very pleasant experience during our recent purchase. They went over and above in customer service. Because of weather conditions, we changed our delivery day. They had to get our new car ready a day earlier. We even went back to clarify a few operational procedures. It's a little harder for seniors. We will recommend Martin Kia. More

2020 Kia Telluride I spent the whole weekend researching for the new 2020 Telluride, just to find out that everyone was sold out and some dealers would not be getting an I spent the whole weekend researching for the new 2020 Telluride, just to find out that everyone was sold out and some dealers would not be getting any shipments until early spring ( that's right early spring) other dealers i spoke with around the Felton, DE area even had the audacity to tell me i could come put a deposit on a vehicle for when it arrived. I was quoted $3-4K over the MSRP, when asked about the price difference, I was told it was basically a jack up price for supply and demand. I ended up talking to Stephanie on the phone. She was very pleasant and we ended up making arrangements for me to meet and discuss the purchase of the Telluride. I purchased a 2020 Telluride S model AWD. The car buying process was extremely pleasant and short. Not like my other car buying experiences. I look forward to doing business with Stephanie and Martin Kia in the future. More
