Online scheduling set me up for a Saturday service. Selected The WORKS(gas engine)--change oil and filter, complimentary tire rotation and perform Multi-point Inspection -- 0W20 for 89.95. Got there Sa Selected The WORKS(gas engine)--change oil and filter, complimentary tire rotation and perform Multi-point Inspection -- 0W20 for 89.95. Got there Saturday and apparently my appointment was not on the books even after confirmation emails and texts. The service writer then gave me a quote for $110. After 2.5 hours I was given a bill for $150. I also found that they did NOT use the oils specified 0w20 but the 5w30. Please advise as to why these additional charges were added and why the $89 oil change was not on there. This feels like a bait and switch and tacking on undue fees. Please explain how this can be done so I can fully share the difference in advertising, quote the actual cost More
