There are 2 things in life that most people absolutely hate to do, the first is going to the Dentist and the second is going to BUY a CAR! After doing my due diligence I walked into the store and was gree hate to do, the first is going to the Dentist and the second is going to BUY a CAR! After doing my due diligence I walked into the store and was greeted by a very nice salesman by the name of Paul who was NOT pushy and made me feel comfortable right from the start! I found the 2 pre-owned cars that were on their website ( yes they really had what they advertised!) and looked at them both. Paul gave me my space and was very transparent when going over the cars, he even showed me the Carfax and maintenance histories as well! I was introduced to Brian the Sales Manager and he was just as helpful. The trade value he gave me was more than fair as I got 2 offers from other stores that were not even close to his offer! Needless to say I made the deal and was introduced to T.J. in the finance dept. and I must say he was the best! He got me an incredible interest rate as well as an excellent ext. warranty and gap insurance for just a few dollars more a month!! I was in there a total of just under 2 hours which is VERY quick when it comes to buying a car! What a GREAT buying experience I had at Braman BMW ! I am now a customer for LIFE!!! Thanks Guy's!! Based on recent experiences, I strongly advise caution when considering doing business with any Braman dealerships, and BMW of North America. From the beginning of the sales process, I encountered several when considering doing business with any Braman dealerships, and BMW of North America. From the beginning of the sales process, I encountered several issues that raised serious concerns about transparency. My trade-in was significantly undervalued, only to later find it listed with a $10,000 markup on their website. Information provided about the vehicle’s MMR was false and misleading, the overall sales process lacked integrity. At first, I was encouraged to lease a BMW i5 with an obvious and visible scratch on the front bumper and told to return later for repairs. More troubling, products and warranties I had explicitly declined were later added without my consent. Upon delivery, the vehicle was not cleaned and exhibited immediate mechanical concerns, including faulty windshield wipers, wheel bearing and breaking system issues, constant and unusual clunking sounds during and after DC fast charging. The (popcorn like sounds) were severe enough to warrant pulling over to let the vehicle cool down. Despite taking the vehicle back to the dealership within the first two weeks, there was no resolution. After a month of follow-ups and involvement from BMW North America, I was told an exchange of collateral had been approved. However, this too turned out to be misleading — I was later asked to pay over $19,000 plus deposits and fees to move forward in an attempt to lure me into a trade, which is unreasonable in the context of a vehicle defective. In such cases, either a full buyback or substitution of collateral is applicable which was promised in writing by both Braman and BMW NA, an even swap. The vehicle had been at the dealership for over a month, and service staff refused to take it to an Electrify America for appropriate diagnostic tests. Huge vulnerability and safety issues for my family or even the general public at this point. All BMW electric vehicles are a problem child both domestically and abroad, particularly related to overheating, breaking system, high-voltage battery cooling and power lost while driving. In conclusion, stay as far as you possibly can from both BMW of North America and Braman Motors, save the aggravation and if you accidentally go in, do yourself a huge favor and walk out. BMW has sold customers junk for decades and long pattern of lawsuits against Braman Motors for deceptive sales and services practices. Truth in lending act violations unfair and deceptive trade practices at it’s best. FLHSMV should swiftly launch an investigation and pause their operations immediately, not sure how they have been allowed to operate with impurity for so long. Clear intentional patterns of misrepresentations and dealer frauds, overall unethical sales and service culture, a complete mess!!! More

This is the 4 th BMW I have purchased from Brahman BMW west Palm beach, all while working with the same salesmen Jamal. He makes it so easy . I txted him asking when would 10:30 am. When I arrived the sales a manger greeted me by name and the car I was interested in was waiting for me to do a test drive. No haggling , we agreed on the deal and Inwas out the door with my certified pre owned 430I convertable. The finance person was also great making sure Imhad the proper maintenance and protection plans in place. I walked out feeling like a winner! But best of all my wife loved the car! Great customer service from beginning to end . More

Kam was exceptional and able to breeze through the finance process. Their service department is also fantastic, so it's a win-win all around. I look forward to using them again for my next vehicle. Jamal was very easy to work with during the sales process. He was kind, professional, and provided all of the information I requested. Ramon was very kind, helpful, and provided detailed explanations during the process of signing and adding additional vehicle protection options. Stephen followed up immediately after the sale to offer assistance with any additional questions. More

I had an extremely disappointing experience at BMW of Braman, West Palm Beach. I drove one hour each way and spent three full hours at the dealership, only for the car I was interested in to be sold out Braman, West Palm Beach. I drove one hour each way and spent three full hours at the dealership, only for the car I was interested in to be sold out from under me to someone who was willing to pay more—despite me being there first, driving the car first, and already completing payment authorization. Lev Vinogradov and his management team completely wasted my time and showed no regard for fairness or professionalism. This experience made it clear that they do not run an honest business. If you’re in the market for a used car, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the time, the frustration, and the feeling of being misled. This dealership clearly prioritizes profit over integrity. More
