Five Star Subaru in Grapevine was a pleasure to do business with. Our salesman, Ron Berman, was very knowledgeable about the Subaru product line. Subaru’s are very feature rich and Ron patiently exp business with. Our salesman, Ron Berman, was very knowledgeable about the Subaru product line. On our initial visit we explained that we were only looking to test drive and we would be looking at other makes and models too. Ron’s response was “Great you have to start somewhere.” I truly appreciated the no pressure sales approach. Ron was confident in his product and allowed the car to sell itself. Absolutely no pressure or arm twisting. A real pleasure to do business with. A family member who has purchased three (3) Subarus in the past couple of years said that they too have experienced a friendly, non-pushy sales approach at Five Star with each of their purchases. Too bad more car dealers do not take this approach. More
