Stephen M. was phenomenal! I don't often use this location because there are 4 Mazda dealerships closer to my house. But after 4+ years of bouncing between the was phenomenal! I don't often use this location because there are 4 Mazda dealerships closer to my house. But after 4+ years of bouncing between the others and sometimes using Sport Mazda, I'm finally convinced. I don't care that gas is almost $5/gallon, I will continue to use Sport Mazda for all my future car needs. They are by far the best and I cannot say enough about Stephen. He was great from the moment I entered, kept me updated, reviewed my concerns to make sure he had them all listed and even followed up with me after I left. He made sure all my car issues were taken care of (and some were almost 2 years of me asking the other dealerships to look into them). Stephen also did not try to sell me services I did not need. Had an oil change at another Mazda dealership a month earlier and they mentioned a bunch of concerns which I knew were not all legit. (needing new tires was) I bought my car here years ago and all the sales people and the detailer were great. I should have kept coming back. I've learned my lesson. More
