Garavel is a paragon of the customer focused organization. We were in the market for not just one but two vehicles, having driven ours into a very seasoned 200K+ miles. Stephen graciously welcomed an impromptu visit, first confirming (no frills over the phone) that specific inventory we wanted was available and then welcoming us in-person when we arrived at their spectacular new facility adjacent to the Norwalk DMV. Another associate even brought our kids crayons and a coloring book to keep them happily engaged. Amazing support; Stephen and team were gracious, fair, and professional; at the end of the evening, we drove off with two beautiful vehicles (detailed, and cleaned immaculately); Stephen even helped my wife and I navigate all the features in each car and also provided a tour of the service and parts department. I was amazed (although not surprised now) that the Garavel family gives back to the Norwalk and surrounding communities. Their accolades are well earned and they deserve my highest recommendation.
