This is the third Subaru we’ve purchased from this dealership. We were replacing another Subaru so we had prior knowledge, had researched the car & knew exactly which vehicle we wanted. We only had to wait for the right color vehicle to arrive. There was no pressure to purchase or “up sell” of options or dealer added costs. Our only “concern” was the delay or non-response to our emails, texts and phone calls. Morris was very courteous and knowledgeable about the features of the car. He gave my wife a very thorough walk through of all the features of the car before we took it home. Pricing was very transparent and we were overall happy with the experience. A little more attention to returning our inquiries would have made it 5 stars. More
