Having had an Acura (TL) before, we knew the quality of the car and the performance. We had another brand and in mind but we wanted to see what MDX was all about. I was very impressed with the quality of service the sales staff provided. This is probably the only dealership where I truly believe they care about the customer as much or more than they care about ma sales staff provided. This is probably the only dealership where I truly believe they care about the customer as much or more than they care about making a sale. I've been to several car dealers, and generally left with a bad taste in my mouth, and no car. Dealing with Steve and Tom changed that. I did not feel pressured, I felt like I had plenty of time to make an informed decision. There was some negotiating the price, but the ultimate deal was fair, and I felt good. I'll definitely talk with them the next time I buy a car! More
