He took our classic 71 Mercedes to dealership and brought off the clock and had a big smile on his face. The car came home better than ever. Steve Boston Salesman a class act not like your typical xxxxxxx salesman. He goes beyond his way. He is the backbone of this dealership. They should write the sales book based on him. I am not kidding. Collin Stankard a new driver, another real car enthusiast, very respectful. Also recently off the clock delivered a car back to our house with no issue. As my mother said what a fine gentleman. A mother's stamp of approval what else could you ask for. I wish more car dealerships could have a great team attitude. Herb Chambers is lucky to have this team working for him. Surveys cannot show their value but I can sure tell you. More

MB GLC300 Purchase - repeat customer This is the second vehicle I purchased from MB of Natick and have been a HC's customer for more than 20 years. I contacted someone I trusted to recomm This is the second vehicle I purchased from MB of Natick and have been a HC's customer for more than 20 years. I contacted someone I trusted to recommend a salesperson at MB and ended up working with Steve Boston for my purchase. Steve is a 10, he has been selling cars their for a long time and is really easy to work with. There was no xx or games that often can happen during the buying process, just the opposite. I got a great deal from a real pro which will keep me coming back to him in the future. His product knowledge was a pleasant surprise, he really knew the car, options and features, and what was important to us. As someone that does a lot of research before any large purchase, I usually catch the average salesperson off guard with questions about the car - that never happened with Steve. He was also great a communicating, by either phone or emails. I never had to chase him for answers, he always kept me informed. I also worked with Jamie on the finance end, someone I worked with before during my previous MB purchase. Jamie complimented the great work Steve did, so I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. I will also be back in a few months when I need to make another purchase. PS - Swing by the waiting area, they always have a great selections of drinks and snacks! More
