David was able to work with my negotiation and my price. Yatin the finance manager was very friendly and explained all the options for my car, at the end Jonny the Product Expert was very helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly to me and my family, was very patient in helping me get started and ensured I was able to understand my car for me to start enjoying my new 2022 GLC300! The best experience I ever had especially after buying many multiple cars in the past this by far was the best experience my family is very thankful and happy we stopped in! More

The purchase of my 2022 E450 went smoothly thanks to the courtesy and attention to detail by all of the staff, especially Steve Boston and Jonny Pham. Due to circumstances beyond everyone's control, the ca courtesy and attention to detail by all of the staff, especially Steve Boston and Jonny Pham. Due to circumstances beyond everyone's control, the car I ordered in 2021 did not arrive until April of 2022. Steve made sure that the myriad of options and special features that I had requested were all in place! The day I actually picked up the car was very special. Pictures were taken with my cell of him and me standing next to the beribboned car behind red velvet roping. Such fun! After the "phot shoot" Jonny Pham first explained the basic functions of the car--where everything is located, etc. He then spent at least two hours reviewing the many, many new features, including "Mercedes me." It is a lot to comprehend, and he was very patient explaining it all to me. He even followed me home so that he could synchronize the garage door openers. That truly is above and beyond. Once I have a better understanding of the basics, I plan to schedule another meeting with Johnny to ask more questions and learn about how to use the GPS and the Parking Assist. Kudos to everyone! Bill Lawson recommended Mercedes when I purchased the C 300 and he encouraged me to look at the E Series. He was right. Steve Boston supported me through the sale along with Kolls Oloko who explained everything in detail about my loan and Sharon Tyler who has the extraordinary manner to make each customer feel like a friend. But Johnny Pham is a Genius. Truly one if the best trainers/educators you could have in that role. He carefully explained in detail the marvelous features and benefits of my E 450 Coupe and made me fall in love with it. I have owned BMWs but nothing compares to this brand.
